3. Conditions for Returns

3.2 Hygiene and Health Protection
Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns of dietary supplements that have been opened or where the seal has been broken. This exception is permitted under EU consumer law for goods that can deteriorate or expire rapidly, or for hygiene reasons.

12. Special Circumstances
